Shipping Policy
We process, fulfill and ship out all orders within 3 business days and shipping time can take approximately 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. In general, we ask to please allow 7 business days to receive your order.
Our Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please know that we will be happy to refund your purchase price.
Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by receipt. Upon inspection, Body Wax Brazil will credit your account for the original purchase price. Body Wax Brazil will not refund original shipping & handling fees or return shipping & handling fees except in the case of manufacturer's defect.
